Day-of coordination is ideal for clients who’ve handled most of the planning but want a professional to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. We begin working together several weeks before your event to confirm vendors, finalize timelines, and manage logistics. On the day itself, I handle the details so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

For weddings, I recommend booking as soon as your date and venue are secured. Day-of coordination is best booked at least 3–6 months in advance. For other events, timing varies based on size and complexity—feel free to reach out to discuss your timeline.
